Both, depending on your plan. On Community and Connect, your committee updates the essentials themselves — prayer times, events, announcements — in minutes, no technical skill needed. On the Managed plan, you send us the request and we make the change for you within 48 hours. Managed is for mosques that would rather not touch the site at all.
No contracts. You can cancel any time to stop future payments. If you cancel, you can keep using the app as-is, but updates and support end.
We keep everything working through iOS, Android, and WordPress updates, and roll out new features to plan members. Routine work is covered too: content updates and formatting, embedding third-party tools, header and footer changes, redirects, menu adjustments, and updates to existing forms.
Anything on your website is on the table, but some work falls outside routine support — writing brand-new content, designing pop-ups, building forms from scratch, or configuring third-party tools. On higher plans we can take these on; on Community they're a paid add-on.

Yes. If it meets the requirements, the app connects directly. If not, we provide a separate backend to manage app content — meaning you'd update two places. We can often also recreate your current design on our platform so it looks the same but works with the app.
On cancellation we stop future payments and refund any remaining paid months. Setup fees aren't refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before we start, we refund the setup in full — so ask us anything before you commit.
Yes. If you leave, we hand over the full codebase on an as-is basis, plus basic instructions for hosting it elsewhere. Your site is yours.
